Cedar & Salt Massage Therapy

Hi everyone, I hope you’re enjoying a beautiful summer and finding time to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and make lasting memories with the people you love. I have been taking some extra time away from the clinic this summer to enjoy these fleeting moments with my own kids. As many of you know, these years go by so quickly, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be present with my family. Thank you so much for your continued support, patience, and trust while I have been spending this time at home—it truly means more than you know. As summer winds down, many of us start shifting back into routines. School returns, work schedules pick up, sports begin, and calendars quickly fill. It’s often during these transitions that our bodies begin to hold onto stress and tension. Massage therapy can be a wonderful way to ease back into the busier season by: Relieving built-up muscle tension from summer activities. Reducing stress and promoting better sleep. Helping prevent aches and pains before busy fall schedules take over. Creating dedicated time to care for yourself amid the demands of everyday life. I’m happy to share that my September schedule is now open, and appointments are available to book. If you’d like to secure a time that works well with your fall routine, I encourage you to book early, as appointments tend to fill quickly once everyone is back into their regular schedules. Thank you again for allowing me to be part of your health and wellness journey. I never take your support for granted, and I look forward to welcoming you back to the treatment room this fall. Wishing you a wonderful rest of your summer! Warmly, Michelle Smithwick, RMT Cedar & Salt Massage Therapy
